Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure your application is processed smoothly.

Application Deadlines & Fees Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• February 11: Standard application deadline.

• After February 11: A $25 late fee applies (if space is still available).

• After February 18: A $50 late fee applies.

• March 4: Absolute final cutoff. No applications or paperwork will be accepted after this date due to insurance underwriting requirements.

How to Apply Reserve and pay for your booth online using the buttons below. Your online reservation is your application. It includes:

• Booth type and size, with full payment by card at checkout.

• Liability Insurance: Upload a Certificate of Insurance naming the Irish Congress of Southern California (ICSC) as an additional insured and certificate holder for the event on March 13, 2027, in Balboa Park. (Note: Homeowner’s policies are not accepted.) If you do not have business liability insurance, choose ICSC’s Single-Day Insurance ($50) at checkout instead. See sample forms below.

• Seller’s Permit: After reserving, email a copy of your resale/seller’s permit listing Balboa Park (or 5th and Laurel) as the event location, along with any applicable health permits, to [email protected] (food booths) or [email protected] (non-food booths).

What to Expect After Reserving

• Confirmation: You will receive an email receipt right away. If anything is missing, we will notify you of the missing items and provide a strict deadline to submit them.

• Setup & Location: Approximately one week before the event, you will receive an email with check-in and setup details. Your specific booth location will be assigned when you check in on event day.

• Special Requests: Email any special requests to your vendor contact when you reserve.

Important Event Policies

• NO WALK-INS are allowed on the day of the event.

• NO REFUNDS – The event goes on rain or shine!
